Santa Cruz Civic Centre Competition 2011
The proposal for the Santa Cruz Civic Centre was intended to formalize a polarizing centre of social activities with a balcony over the Atlantic Ocean. Using concrete and wood as the main materials, the ideas was to have a rational structure and a neutral envelope in order to allow for the potential changes in the program.
